Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 16, 2022 09:08:19 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Income Tax Return.

Response to Request

If you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your Income Tax Return (ITR) for the year 2021, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 58-Batangas City, kindly bring the original return and a photocopy of your ITR (BIR Form 1701) and/or BIR Form 2316.

Kindly indicate in your request letter, information like: 1.) What ITR form did you file for the CY 2021, 2.) Where did you file your ITR, and 3.) Tax Confirmation Receipt, (if filed online). These are the information required from you by the district office to validate and retrieve the files you need in your request. 

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
