Hi sir/maam, good day!

Gusto ko lang po sana itanong, kasi last week po pumunta ang mag-ama ko sa BIR to request a CERTIFICATE OF NO INCOME for FAMILY COMPOSITION abroad. Pinakuha po sila ng baranggay certificate of no/low income,  and affidavit public notarized. Kahapon bumalik po sila sa BIR para po sa certificate, at sabi po sa BIR, na hindi kailangan ang affidavit na-nanotarized.. im confuse po kasi may appointment na po ako sa philippine embassy dito sa rome para po ipasa ang CERTIFICATE OF NO INCOME ng husband ko.. pakitulungan naman po ako.. salamat.

Dear Ms. Parungao:

I refer to my letter of Jun 08, 2023 04:17:14 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, para po sa pagsumite ng "CERTIFICATE OF NO INCOME".

Bilang tugon, nais po sana namin malinawan sa mga sumusunod:

1. Ang inyo po bang asawa ay may business o trabaho (employed ng isang kumpanya) dito po sa Pilipinas?

2. Kasi po, if merong business ang inyong asawa siya ay dapat na nkarehistro sa Revenue District Office (RDO) na nkakasakop sa kanyang negosyo at kailangan mag file ng BIR Form 1701 or 1701A.

3. Kung ang inyo pong asawa ay may trabaho, siya po kailangang meron BIR Form No. 2316 galing sa kanyang pinapasukan na trabaho at ito na din po ang magsisilbi niyang Income Tax Return (ITR) Form.

Maaari po kayong mag email sa sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and paki lagay sa subject email tracking Number #BIR-514911109336, para po a agarang pag sagot.
