February 27, 2023 Dear Ms. Taotjo: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 25, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for deed of donation felipe baes to calixto baes. Response to your request We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the Frontline/Government Service of the BIR, hence your request is denied. We highly advise you to visit the BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of the Donor/s (For Donors Tax Return). Please bring all the required documents like copy of the Deed of Donation (if applicable), Copies of at least two(2) valid government I.D.s containing the photograph and signature of the requesting party. As an added information, if the request is made through representative, in addition to the above paragraph, the Special Power Attorney (SPA) of the principal and at least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing the photograph and signature of such representative.
