Dear Ms. CORPUZ,

I refer to my letter of Oct 22, 2021 09:08:27 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for MY INCOME TAX RETURN.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the following details for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph as these are sensitive information:
-	What ITR form did you file? 
-	Where did you file your ITR, 
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 
Furthermore, the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

May you also clarify from your new employer if what they are asking from you is the past year as maybe what they were asking from you is for the current year for them to do the year-end adjustment. Your new employer will take into consideration your income from previous employment and your tax liability will be based on your total income for the year.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 17, 2022 03:05:32 AM, your request will be closed.
