Dear Ms. Carandang:

I refer to my letter of Nov 09, 2022 03:52:01 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return (ITR).

In reply, we verified your TIN in our database by inputting your complete name and date of birth and you are registered as Job Order/Professional with Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 59 – Lipa City, East Batangas.

Moreover, when you were hired as a Job Order Employee, you should have done the following:

1.	Filed Quarterly Income Tax Returns (BIR Form 1701Q) for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Quarters of Calendar Years (CY) 2020, 2021 and 2022;
2.	Filed Annual Income Tax Returns (AITR) for CY 2020 and 2021;
3.	Filed Quarterly Percentage Tax Returns or Monthly/Quarterly VAT Returns for CY 2020, 2021 and 2022, (if applicable;  kindly checked your Certificate of Registration for the internal revenue taxes you are liable to file and pay);
4.	Filed the above tax returns manually with the concerned RDO or through the eBIRForms Offline Package downloaded from the BIR website at www.bir.gov.ph.

Hence, you should have kept a hard copy/file copy of the tax returns you have filed, including those subject of your request, AITRs for Calendar Years 2020 and 2021. Please note that the AITR for CY 2022 is yet to be filed on or before April 15, 2023.

However, if you have complied with the above list but have misplaced/lost your copy, you may try to request for a copy of the AITRs for Calendar Years 2020 and 2021 with the concerned RDO.

Addresses and contact numbers of RDOs are available in the BIR Website at www.bir.gov.ph homepage/contact us/directory/revenue district offices links.

Thank you.

Respectfully yours,

FOI Officer
