Hope you are doing well.

I am writing in through this website to request and hopefully receive a copy of my BIR 2316 form. This is for the purpose of submitting one of the employment requirement for my new employer. Regrettably, my previous employer is not able to provide me with my BIR 2316 because the company is already closed. I worked from March 23 to December 2022.

Here are additional information about my request; 

1. Employer- ENOZ English Philippine

2. Address- 5th floor, Fortune building, 144 Pasig Blvd, 1600 Metro Manila

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, upon verification of information it would seem to be that the employer “ENOZ ENGLISH PHILIPPINES, INC.” with the TIN of “007-100-337” is currently registered here at RDO 043 Pasig City but has no record of submission of BIR Form 2316 for T.Y. 2022.
