Hello. May I please request a copy of my ITR for FY 2018-2020? I have lost my copies and my previous employer couldn't provide me with a copy as well since as they have archived the records already. 

At the very least, can I get a statement from your office indicating that I paid tax for the years 2018,2019 and 2020 indicating the name of my employer?

I appreciate your assistance on this matter.

Dear Ms. Malabanan,

I refer to my letter of Oct 26, 2021, 10:31:42 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request of ITR.

In order for us to work further on your request, kindly attach two valid IDs as proof of your identity and provide us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as this contains sensitive information:
-What ITR form did you file? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Also. ITR form for CY 2021 is yet to be filed next year, hence, we cannot provide you the same.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 19, 2022 02:16:18 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
