Dear Mr. Tiempo:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated October 8, 2021, regarding your request for the 2020 Zonal Valuation of lots in Barangay San Isidro (Formerly Bato-bato), Municipality of Narra, Puerto Princesa, Palawan. 

Attached herewith is the Schedule of Zonal Values for Barangay San Isidro, Narra, Palawan which took effect on December 23, 2017 (2nd Revision).

	Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the down button and click the See Zonal Values tab and perform the following procedures: 

1. Select the RDO where the property is located (Click RDO No. 36 – Puerto Princesa City, 
Palawan); 
2. Download the “Zip Excel File” upon checking the file, it will display several sheets; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ tab as it will serve as guide on what sheet has the applicable zonal  
    Value; 	
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value (Click sheet No. 3 for present zonal values (including 2020) – the effectivity date 
     is December 23, 2017 up to present); and 
5. View the municipality and barangay of your property.
