I refer to my letter of Nov 21, 2021 05:55:16 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for my Income Tax Return.
In order for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned office, we need more information from you regarding your request for 2316 and ITR.
Kindly email us the following details 9fir each year) and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
For your 2316,
-TIN, name & business address of your employer for CY 2008-2019
For your ITR,
-What ITR form did you file?
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online)
Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 14, 2022 03:45:57 AM, your request will be closed.
