Response to Request

In reply, upon verification from our system your TIN record is currently registered at Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 105-Surigao City. You may send (via email) your duly accomplished BIR Form No. 1905 and your two (2) valid I.D.s at rdo_105css@bir.gov.ph. 

Kindly indicate in the new RDO Box the RDO that has jurisdiction over the place of your residence (which in your case is RDO 45-Marikina).
