I would like to request a copy of my latest 2316. I already reached out to my previous employer but they’re not responding. I hope that someone can assist me as it is required by my new employer. Thank you and looking forward to your favorable response.

Dear Ms. De Jesus:

I refer to my letter of Aug 15, 2023 04:00:26 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, the Revenue District Office (RDO) can only provide you a copy of your BIR Form No. 2316 for Calendar Year 2022 if your employer has filed in your behalf, specifically, the Annex F in which your name is included in the List of Employees Qualified Under Substituted Filing.

For BIR Form No. 2316 for CY 2023, the RDO gets a hold of the said form upon submission of your employer to them on or before February 28, 2024.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov 07, 2023 05:19:06 AM, your request will be closed.
