In reply, your TIN record is registered under Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 54A-Trece Martires City and NOT IN RDO 126. You may send via email your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and your two (2) government I.D.s at rdo_54acss@bir.gov.ph and request for the transfer of your TIN record at RDO 54B-Kawit Cavite.
