Hi! I would like to request my TIN number as my employer is requesting it to update my information.

I already have my TIN number from my previous employer however, I wasn't able to note it down and I no longer have contact to them. I forgot my TIN number and requesting it again. Thank you

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. We regret to inform you that you have no existing TIN No. in our Registration database. However unfortunately you have SIMILAR RECORDS (same first and last name) with 5 other taxpayers. Kindly tell your employer to manually register you to the concerned BIR office (since this cannot be done online) and fill up BIR form 1902.  For your information and guidance.
