Hope you are doing well.
I am writing in through this website to request and hopefully receive a copy of my BIR 2316 form. This is for the purpose of submitting one of the employment requirement for my new employer. My previous employer, Unionbank Of The Philippines was not able to provide a copy of my BIR 2316 though I made several follow ups. I worked from May 2017 to April 2022.
It would be very much appreciated if you can send me a copy to tingzonmuriell@gmail.com. My employment is on the line — I have to submit this on the month of May 2023.
