I would like to request a copy of ITR to be used for my niece college admission requirement. 

I am standing as guardian of my Niece.

Dear Mr. Renomeron,

I refer to my letter of Dec 22, 2021 10:36:35 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR - Certificate of Exemption.

In order for us to work further on your request, kindly provide us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
-What ITR form did you file?
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Mar 17, 2022 01:32:25 AM, your request will be closed.
