Hi, 
I would like to request for my ITR please. 
I am an OFW-Teacher and I was repatriated last year. 
This year I applied as an online consultant and the school that I am working at would like me to submit an ITR.

You asked for an INCOME TAX RETURN.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as you are not required to file an annual ITR. Section 23 of the Tax Code provides that an OFW's income from abroad or income arising out of his overseas employment is exempt from income tax, hence, your request is denied.
