Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 03, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for income tax return.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your ITR for CY 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15 this year, hence, your request is denied.

Also, we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Kindly attach two valid IDs with your birthdate and picture, for validation purposes.

Thus, in order for us to properly endorse your request, kindly comply with the requirements stated above.
