You request for your BIR Form 2316 and Tin Verification. We have called your contact information today (May 24, 2022) and asked for Other Pertinent Details and you informed us of the following: Issuance of BIR Form 2316 - Since you are not gainfully employed right now: If you do not have a previous employer for Calendar Year 2021 you do not need to submit any BIR Form 2316 to your new employer. Request for TIN Verification: We advise you to proceed to our Revenue District Office (RDO) located in RDO No. 21A & RDO No. 21B Building., BIR Complex, Sindilan City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
