Dear Ms. Llaneta:

I refer to my letter of Aug 05, 2023 08:20:45 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Hi! I would like to request for TIN number.

We called your contact numbers today, August 7 to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful.

Kindly clarify the purpose of your TIN Appliction, are you going to use it in employment? or Other Transaction except Employment?
