Dear Mr. Emmanuel Paraiso:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 23, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a copy of your Income Tax Return (ITR).

We already called your contact information today (May 23, 2022) and asked you "Other Pertinent Details", to wit:

1. What ITR Form are you referring to? Is it BIR Form 1701 or BIR Form 2316?
2. Do you have a Business? or Currently Employed?
3. If Employed, Did your Employer issued or provided you a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2021?
4. And your Answer to No. 2 & 3 is YES.

We also informed you through phone conversation that if you have been qualified for a substituted filing, the BIR Form 2316 (Certificate of Compensation/Tax Withheld) which has been issued to you by your employer is as good as ITR which can be used for your bank loan purpose.
