Thank you for your request dated Jun 25, 2021 12:42:11 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for BIR FORM 2316.

Response to Request
Hereunder is the email response of RDO 31,to wit:
"Sir,
          Relative to your request for copies of your ITR for the taxable years 2014 to 2016, please be informed that per verification with the BIR ITS database, although you are employed at JECH MANPOWER SERVICES, INC. which is registered In our District, you are also registered at RDO-53B, Muntinlupa City, as single proprietor operating a refreshment stand/kiosk, starting the taxable year 2013. Under Sec. 51 of the Code, as amended, since you are earning mixed-income,  you shall file BIR Form No. 1701 to where your business is located, indicating the annual compensation income and business income in your tax return for the calendar year.

              In view of the above, it is respectfully recommended that you address your concerns to RDO-53B (rdo_53bcss@bir.gov.ph)
