We would like to inquire whether Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 14-2016 has been published in the Official Gazette and/ or any newspaper of general circulation. Also, was a copy of the said RMO deposited in the Office of the National Administrative Register? 

If both answers are affirmative, may we kindly ask for the date and the  newspaper of publication.
