Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested. Your BIR Form No. 2316 (hard copy), although provided by your employer in CD form can be retrieved thru your employer and not to us. Since they are the caretakers of the said form in your behalf. 

I tried calling you twice today but you were not answering.
