Hello, good afternoon! I would like to request for the zonal values in 1) Toledo City, Cebu, 6038, and 2) the Municipality of Pinamungajan, Cebu, 6039 Philippines from the years 1920 up to 1970. The one in the BIR website only covers the period 1993 to 2022. I need these data to compute my clients' estate taxes as their decedents died on the period 1920-1970.

You asked for Schedules of Zonal Values.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [reply] of the information you requested.
Dear Ms. Urtizberea:
This is with reference to your email message dated June 5, 2023, regarding your request for the zonal values in Toledo City, Cebu and Pinamungajan Cebu for the years 1920 up to 1970.
Please be informed that the initial zonal valuation in Toledo City took effect on July 8, 1997 while in Pinamungajan was on May 13, 1993.
Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field. Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:
1. Select the RDO where the property is located;
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed;
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet;
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value ; and
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.
