In reply, you may send via email your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 together with your scanned copies of two (2) government issued I.D.s at rdo_34css@bir.gov.ph and request that your TIN record be transferred to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.
