In reply, please be informed that your TIN record is registered at Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 46-Cainta/Taytay (and not in RDO 126).

You ay send your duly accomplished BIR Form No. 1905 and your two (2) valid government issued I.D.s at rdo_46css@bir.gov.ph.
