Dear REGINE VALERIE ARNINIO,

I refer to my letter of Aug. 12, 2021, 07:31:20 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Form 2316.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please provide us your employer's ( 2018-2021) TIN, business name & address, and also your TIN  & email it @ ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.
Please be informed that your BIR Form 2316 should have been issued to you by your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.  

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov. 05, 2021, 01:06:38 AM, your request will be closed.
