I hope this message finds you well.  I would like to request a copy of Income Tax Return and Certificate of Tax Exemption which I will be using as one of the requirements in applying for a scholarship.

Dear Mr. Jean Adrian:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 17, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for Income Tax Return and Certificate of Tax Exemption.

In response to your request, After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that it falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.).
