I reported the non-issuance of OR of an apartment for rent. I would like to know what actions BIR took regarding this matter. 

I want them to show the actual document as proof that the person was sanctioned.

We have confirmed with the barangay and the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) in San Pedro City Hall that this person does not have a permit to operate a property rental business (paupahan). According to one of the previous tenants, the property had been for rent for at least four years before this complaint, and as such, without any permit, it is implied that the landlord has
