Dear Mr. Malonzo,
I refer to my letter of Oct 27, 2021 07:11:25 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR - 2015 to 2018.
In order for us to properly endorse your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us your employer’s TIN, RDO no., business name & address and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph as these are sensitive information.
Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Your BIR Form 2316 should have been issued to you by your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made. This should be filed as an attachment to your ITR.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 20, 2022 05:58:33 AM, your request will be closed.
