Please be informed, that we received an email reply from Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 56-Calamba Laguna, that you have been contacted by the RDO thru your email that your request/s cannot be given due course because of your failure to attach a written indorsement of the supervising teacher/professor/instructor in the school they currently enrolled at per Section 21.3 (d) of the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Chapter VII-Standard Procedures for eFOI Requests.
