Dear Ms Rivera,

I refer to my letter of Oct 18, 2021 03:01:36 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, kindly provide us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as this contains sensitive information:
-What ITR did you file 2018 - 2020? Was it 1700 or 1701? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-If employed, please indicate your employer’s TIN, RDO no., business name & address
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 11, 2022 04:32:03 AM, your request will be closed.
