Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 24, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for an Authenticated Copy of Tax Declaration.

Please be informed that you may ask the Assessors’ Office of the Local/City Government  of Poblacion Aloguinsan Cebu having jurisdiction over the location of the property for an Authenticated Copy.

And if the request is made through a representative, a Notarized Authorization or Special Power of Attorney (SPA) of the principal and at least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing the photograph and signature of such representative and the principal for validation purpose.

That is our problem with our Municipal Agrarian Reform Office.We were tried to inquire multiple times regarding this concern but We are failed. Any DAR related documents that we wanted are always been denied by them (Municipal Accessor's personnel they didn't found any of those documents,

We felt desperately because we don't know where and whom do we reached out and help our family enlightened with all our queries.
