1. kindly go to the BIR Website at (https://orus.bir.gov.ph); 2. Register for an account or log in to your existing account;
3. Select the "Apply for Digital TIN ID" option and Upload a 1x1 clear photo with white background taken within a six-month period; and
4.Complete the required information.

You may also refer to Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 120-2023 for your guidance and information.
