I am inquiring regarding if wheter or not a Small Lotto Outlet needs to register for a separate business permit even if we are registered as a Lotto Agent by the PCSO by availing their 3 in 1 promo Lotto Agent Application using our existing Business Permit for another Business we have which is where the Lotto outlet is located also. 

(1 Office space -  2 Business *Travel agency and Lotto*)

Our Regional PCSO is the one who pays for the witholding tax of all our lotto transactions. We are mainly serving as a Lotto agent and earning through a small commission (additional income)

Dear Ms. SANTIAGO,

I refer to my letter of Feb 17, 2022 01:28:41 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for INQUIRY ON BUSINESS PERMIT FOR LOTTO AGENT.

I would like to clarify if the Small Lotto outlet has already been registered by PCSO, There is no need to register if this has already been registered. However, you  as an agent has to register to the Revenue District Office having jurisdiction  over your place of residence.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 12, 2022 05:54:32 AM, your request will be closed.

Yes, they register the Lotto po under our Existing Business (Travel Agency)
