I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a copy of my Income Tax Return (ITR) for the financial year 2022-2023.

My name is Roxanne De Guzman, and my tax identification number is 461055203. I am in need of a copy of my ITR for my visa application.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience.

In reply, please be informed that your request for a copy of your Income Tax Return which was coursed through the electronic Freedom of Information (eFOI) was endorsed to Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 26-Malabon/Navotas Cities for appropriate action.
