You asked for Zonal Values.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [reply] of the information you requested.

Dear Mr. Navarro:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated February 6, 2022, regarding your request for the latest zonal values of properties in Siargao Island particularly in Barangay Corazon and Barangay Catangnan, Municipality of General Luna.

Attached herewith is the Schedule of Zonal Values for Barangay Corazon and Barangay Catangnan, Municipality of General Luna, Siargao Island which took effect on December 16, 2018 (3rd Revision).

	Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the down button and click the See Zonal Values tab and perform the following procedures: 

1. Select the RDO where the property is located;
2. Download the “Zip Excel File” upon checking the file, it will display several sheets; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ tab as it will serve as guide on what sheet has the applicable zonal  
    Value; 	
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value; and 
5. View the municipality and barangay of your property.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <apmd_ecar@bir.gov.ph>. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
