I want to followup the status of my request with claim slip #8942. I am requesting for the reissuance of expired E-CAR for the Estate of Bienvenido  Quizon (449-683-094); Heirs: Marlyn Quizon et.al (449-684-011)  which was received by your office last July 8, 2022.

Please be informed, that we have coordinated your request/concern with Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 59-Lipa City, according to them it was already lined-up for encoding and printing. Hopefully, the district may not experience intermittent connection (offline situation), in this case po, you may be able to get your requested document on October 11, 2022 (Tuesday) or October 12, 2022 (Wednesday).
