Hi! I would like to request a copy of my ITR Form 2316 for the year 2020 since I need a document to prove my source of income. Thank you very much.

Dear Ms.Toledo,

I refer to my letter of Jul 01, 2021, 10:18:17 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the following details:
-	What ITR did you file for CY 2020? Was it 1700 or 1701? 
-	May we know where you filed your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-	Your TIN (if self-employed)
-	If employed, please indicate your employer’s TIN, business name & address
Also, kindly provide us the Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.

Please be reminded that TIN is confidential information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 24, 2021 08:54:25 AM, your request will be closed.
