Dear Mr. Chavez:

I refer to my letter of Jan 25, 2023 10:54:10 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for a copy of your Latest Income Tax Return  (BIR Form No. 1700).

In order for us and the BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please be informed that BIR Form 1700 is the Income Tax Return being File by a Local Employee who do not qualify under the Substituted Filing (the Certificate of tax Withheld – BIR Form 2316 issued by the employer serves as the 1700 or Income tax return of the employee).

In particular, it would be helpful to know the following details:
1)	What is the Complete name indicated in the Income Tax Return you filed?
2)	What is your Tax Identification Number as indicated in your filed return?
3)	What Revenue District Office No. did you file your form 1700?
4)	Did you file online or over the counter?

Please be informed further that the RDO Office does not have copies of the “No Payment” returns filed either through eBIRForms or eFPS.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 19, 2023 11:43:34 PM, your request will be closed.
