This has reference to your eFOI request for a copy of your Income Tax Return (ITR) for taxable years 2021-2022.

Please be informed that your request for a copy of ITR for taxable year 2021 is granted. However, please be informed further that the ITR for year 2022 is due on or before April 15, 2023. At present, no file has been submitted to the District Office concerning your ITR for year 2022.

You can visit our District Office at OHZ Bldg., Hernandez Ave., Brgy. Almanza Uno, Las Pinas City for the processing and receiving of your eFOI Request for ITR year 2021.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information for 2022 ITR you have requested.  However, you may wish to contact or resubmit your request for 2021 ITR on our District Office at OHZ Bldg. Hernandez Ave, Brgy. Almanza Uno, Las Pinas City.
