I am writing to request the Certificate of Non-filing of Income Tax Return for my parents, Beverly Anne A. Pino, and Alvin B. Pino. Currently unemployed, they are the legal guardians mentioned in my scholarship application to the University of Santo Tomas. I kindly ask for your assistance in providing this document at your earliest convenience. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, as it is a crucial component of my scholarship application.

This is in connection with your request for information, with reference number #BIR-570237333614, for the Requirements for Scholarship Application.

After careful consideration, provided hereunder are the Checklist of Documentary Requirements (For those Persons with Low Income/No Income) who may want to avail of the Scholarship and Job/Livelihood Programs:

1.	Certification of Low Income/No Income signed by the Barangay Chairman of the place where the applicant resides;
2.	Duly Notarized Affidavit of Low Income/No Income from the Notary Public;
3.	Request Letter;
4.	Photocopy of Identification Card with three (3) specimen signature;
5.	Payment of Certification Fee (P100.00) and Loose Documentary Stamp Tax (P30.00), per copy;
6.	If transacting through a representative, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) shall be executed by the taxpayer-applicant and Any government-issued IDs of the Taxpayer and Authorized Representative.

Submit the above mentioned documents/requirements at the Collection Section of the
Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of Residence of the Taxpayer.
