You asked for Zonal Valuation of Cagayan Valley.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [reply] of the information you requested.

Dear Mr. Cosme,	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated June 21, 2022, regarding your request for an updated zonal value for Cagayan Valley. In order for us to facilitate your request, we need to know the exact Barangay/Street/Subdivision of all the properties you are requesting.

Hence, please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located (click RDO 13 – Tuguegarao, Cagayan /   
RDO 14 – Bayombong , Nueva Vizcaya / RDO 15 – Naguilian, Isabela / RDO 16 -    Cabarroguis, Quirino);
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   Value; and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.

Your right to request a review
