Dear Mr. Bodoso Jr,

I refer to my letter of Mar 08, 2022 12:31:51 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Requesting a copy of BIR 2316.

In order for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned office, we need more information from you regarding your request for 2316. Kindly email us your employer/employer's TIN, name & business address, and RDO of your employer for CY 2008-2010 and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 31, 2022 05:17:41 AM, your request will be closed.
