Good evening. I’m writing from Doha Qatar an OFW who is seeking for a help to push the issuance of the CAR or Certificates Authorizing Registration, to proceed the transfer of Title under my name. It’s been 8 months now since 31st Jan. 2019 that I was advised by the developer Filinvest Land that the Commercial Lot I’ve purchased is awaiting for the CAR from BIR,  and as of today the status is the same. Please can you help me, it will be 1yr. by 3rd Sept since I have fully paid the lot. What is happening now is I am begging for my own lot with Filinvest Land. Pls. help me - Jodeth 097466860089
