Is it possible to request a copy of my BIR Form 2316 for the year 2020?

I have lost my copy and my previous employer couldn't provide me with a copy as well since as they have archived the records already.

Dear Mr. Villanueva,
I refer to my letter of Oct 08, 2021 07:41:03 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form 2316.
In order for us work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us with the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive ingormation:
please indicate your employer’s TIN, RDO no., business name & address
Furthermore, if you have been employed and your income tax has been correctly withheld, has only one employer, and has been qualified for substituted filing for the taxable year, the Certificate of Withholding filed by your employer, duly stamped "Received" by the Bureau, shall be tantamount to the filing of the income tax return. You may request Form 2316 from your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 03, 2022 05:01:04 AM, your request will be closed.
