You asked for ZONAL VALUE - SAN JOSE PATAG (SANTA MARIA BULACAN).

Response to Request

Dear Ms. Madayag:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated March 22, 2022, regarding your request for an updated copy of 2022 Zonal value of property in Barangay San Jose Patag, Sta. Maria, Bulacan. 

Attached herewith is the latest schedule of zonal values in Barangay San Jose Patag, Sta. Maria, Bulacan for your reference.

Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located (Click RDO No. 25B – East Bulacan);
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value (Click sheet no. 9 for the latest zonal value); and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.

Your right to request a review
