I wish for some oneone to help me to request the transfer of my RDO from 126 to 54A.

I tried  sending request email to rdo_126css@bir.gov.ph but got a bounce back message saying that the address is invalid.
I need to know where exactly I can send my request.
I sent an inquiry to BIR but I am yet to receive their reply

Hoping for your good office’s favorable response.

In reply, please be informed that you may send your duly accomplished BIR Form No. 1905 and scanned copies of your two valid government issued I.D.s at Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 43-Pasig (this is were your TIN is registered) at rdo_43css@bir.gov.ph and indicate  in the "New RDO" Letter B of the BIR Form No. 1905 the RDO where you intend to transfer your TIN record which is RDO 54A.
