Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 11, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Tin Verification Certificate/Slip.

Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied. You may  visit the nearest BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) to personally verify your TIN. Please bring any of your government-issued IDs as proof of your identity.

You may pay a visit with RDO No. 40-Cubao Quezon City located at 5th Floor (Roof Deck) Fisher Mall, cor. Roosebelt Junction Quezon Avenue, Quezon City. You may also request from the said office your TIN ID Card (we do not have an online issuance of TIN ID Card).

Please be reminded that TIN is confidential information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
