Hello! I would like to request my 2316 for the year 2015 and 2016. My employer from time period July 2015 - March 2016 is already out of business and my new employer need a document for validation.

Thank you for your request dated May 24, 2022 05:57:29 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your Request
You asked for BIR Form 2316.
Response to your request:
Based on the reason stated below, we resolve to deny your request as to the following information: Copy of your BIR 2316 for the period 2015 and 2016.
This Office does not have the information you have requested (BIR Form 2316) due to the following reasons:
CY 2015 - As per NO Data Center, Requester Name and TIN is included in the Alphalist of Employees (BIR Form 1604-CF) of the employer, but employer did not submit 2316
CY 2016 - no manual submission of CD 2316 as per NO Data Center, employer did not submit 1604C Alphalist
After careful consideration, we resolve to grant your request but only up to the compensation and withholding tax information found in the Alphalist of Employees filed by your employer for the year 2015. A certification was made on the information gathered for your purpose, a scanned copy of which was sent thru email.
For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
